Leisure
Walking, swimming, horse riding, and diving are all possible during the Summer months on Zakynthos. Project Leaders will organise various trips and events during your stay, some are optional. There will be plenty of time to relax on the beach and enjoy the local surroundings. Most evenings are free for you to socialise.

Accommodation
Spacious locally owned studios, overlooking the sea, overlooking the sea, surrounded by olive groves. Shared cooking facilities. Room allocation on a shared or individual basis. Bed linen, tea, coffee, water and milk are all provided. BBQ facilities and bicycles also available.

Price
£300.00 per person for 14 nights.This cost includes your accommodation, bed linen, project enrolment & Donation, ESS T-Shirt and individual membership/Information pack.Price also includes a guided trail through the National Park area, and introductory talk on the resident & migratory wildlife.

Travel
There are numerous direct flights from the UK, and other European airports. Alternatively you may wish to travel via Athens, and then on by bus or boat from Kifissia and Kyllini.

NB/ Holiday makers are requested to inform us of their estimated day of arrival. Also to provide ESS with details of their travel arrangements, and insurance.

Meeting Point
Gerakas Information station, on the island of Zakynthos. We will also pick you up from Zakynthos airport.

Insurance
Personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of the holiday. Participants must take out their own insurance to include both health and accident cover.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required for each holiday booked. The balance is to be paid in full eight weeks before the holiday start date. All bookings made eight or less weeks prior to the start date of the holiday must be paid for in full.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment for all holidays can be made by cheque(payable in sterling or euros-exchange rate fixed at £1.00:euro 1.4), Cheques should be made payable to earth Sea & Sky. All refunds will be made in sterling.
International Bookings to be paid for by International Money order (bank transfer)

We are unable to reserve places without payment.
If you wish to book a holiday with a friend, please send your application forms together. Group bookings are also encouraged by prior arrangements- please phone to discuss your requirements.

Please note: Valid passports and visas are entirely the responsibility of the holiday maker.

What happens next??
Once we have received your booking, a letter of confirmation will be sent out to you, together with yor information pack. If all of your holiday dates are booked we will make every effort to contact you and discuss alternatives.

Holiday cancellations
If you have to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply.

You must inform us in writing should you wish to cancel your holiday. If you cancel at least eight weeks before the start of your holiday, we will make a full refund, minus the £50.00 deposit. If you cancel less than eight weeks before the start of the holiday, you will have to pay a percentage of the total cost of the holiday as indicated below. You will be sent an invoice for the outstanding balance.

* 55-28 days before 40% payable

* 27-15 days before holiday 80% payable

* 14 days or less before holiday 100% payable

What we ask of you
During the holiday you are required, both morally and legally to follow safe procedures to ensure that you and others come to no harm.

You must submit proof of accident and health insurance, before your holiday.
